Come meet police officers from Richmond RCMP, check out some of their vehicles, take pictures with Safety Bear and members in Red Serge, receive stickers, take part in our Spot the Target contest, learn about our new You Etch It. We Catch It. catalytic converter theft prevention program, as well as the city’s Community Safety app.
